How To Clean Tarnished Silver Cheaply

No need to buy expensive cleaning solutions.
All you require is a bowl/plate covered with aluminium foil, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda .
Pour hot but NOT boiling water on to the mixture and stir.
Place your silver jewellery in the bowl/plate. Depending on the tarnish this can be immediate or a couple of minutes.
NOT recommended for precious or semi-precious stones or oxidised silver as this will remove the oxidised finish.
